A healthy debate is perfectly fine. There are always two (or more) sides to every story.

However, there are no trolls here, no internet tough guys, no time-wasters, and only the smallest amount of profanity.

In these forums we help each other. We each want the other to succeed. We know that we are not in competition with each other, and that there's plenty of money for everyone.

So there is just one rule:  be helpful.

Anything else will be deleted.

Signatures are allowed, but...

Signatures are allowed.

However, they must:

  • be kept to a maximum of 2 lines or normal-sized text
  • not contain images other than smileys

A typical signature would normally be:

  • Line 1: name or nickname
  • Line 2: motto, phrase, company name, web address/link

For example:

Sharky
www.thinkingstuff.com

Your signature can even contain links to competitors, as long as your post follows rule #1 of these forums - be helpful - and is not just blatant advertising.

Help with Coding/Formulas and sets of rules for Patterms

This disussion is for help creating coding/formulas for the program but we all need to come up with a set of rules for Double bottoms, tops, head and shoulders bottom and top , flags, pennants, cup and handles, accending triangles and more. Together we can create a set of rules for each pattern that can be converted into coding for the software.
