Refund Policy
Before you pay any money, you should first completely satisfy yourself that our software:
- Installs on your computer (see the Installing page)
- Runs on your computer
- You can set up the things you want to set up (see the Getting Started page)
- You backtested using the very old historical price data built into TS, and were happy with the type of results that were given, and the format that the results were given in.
With all that done, go ahead and subscribe.
But with all that done, what reason would there be to ask for a refund? That's the whole point of having a "trial version" mode - so you can become familiar with the software before paying any money.
Having said that, if you rushed into the purchase, and then had difficulties in properly installing TS, in understanding how it works, or getting it to work like you thought it would work, AND you have contacted us for help but were still unsuccessful, then of course we will refund your money. We don't want to take your money if you didn't even get to use the software properly.
We in no way guarantee you will be profitable though. A flawed trading system, automated, is still flawed. That TS lost money while following the rules you gave it is not grounds for a refund.
Australian Residents
The software is owned by Thinking Stuff Pty Ltd As Trustee For The Thinking Stuff Trust. That entity has the ABN 49 119 088 702.
The prices below are inclusive of GST, with the GST amounts being $1.82 for the $20 subscriptions, and $2.73 for the $30 subscriptions.
If you would like a Tax Invoice, please contact us and we will forward you one through email in PDF format.

Remember - this software is designed to trade with your real money using the rules you have specified. This is one piece of software that you should take the time to learn intimately. The end result though - the freedom it will give you - is priceless.
After Purchasing
There's one last step before you can get started. We need some information from you in order to enter your details into our subscriptions database. Please read the Purchasing Thinking Stuff's ATM page in the online help manual.
Monthly Subscriptions
Please note the following:
- All prices below are US Dollars.
- Should your subscription expire, the software will simply revert to its trial-version mode.
- You may subscribe to any combination of modules. None relies on the other.
- These prices are for when using TS for personal use only! If you want to use TS to trade for other people, please contact us for the commercial prices. We appreciate your integrity.
