Automated Trading Software
Automated trading is no longer just for the rich or nerdy. Our revolutionary software uses your trading rules, but none of your emotions. There's just one requirement - you know how to use a mouse.

None of your information will be provided to any third party, for fee or otherwise, unless we are legally required to do so. Chances of us being asked by some police agency to give out our customer details? I'm guessing pretty low. Chances of that police agency sending you spam? Probably lower.

Further, we cannot and do not access any private information that you enter into TS. When using the software, connections are made directly from your computer to your broker. That is, the connection is not made from you to us to them - it is you to them directly.

The Information That We Keep

If you subscribe to TS, we ask you to give us your computer's hard-drive and serial number. These details cannot be used to access the information on your hard-drive, just like a car engine's serial number cannot be used to access nor start the car. The serial number is plainly and simply a unique number given to the product by the manufacturer. The reason for using the hard-drive's details is mentioned in "How Does Verification Work?".

Now, when you start TS, first it requests the current version number from our server. It just pulls the information, it doesn't send any.

Then if you use the subscription-based service, your subscription level has to be determined. Your computer's hard-drive brand and serial number are sent to our server (over a secure connection), and your subscription level is returned.

We keep a log of each time the version number is requested, and each time the subscription level is checked. So we can tell how often you are using TS, but we don't actually know what you are using it to do.

The main reason for logging this information is for security, to ensure no one is trying to hack at the subscription checking. I'm sure nobody would, but you could ask any decent programmer or system administrator, and they would say that logging this kind of information is a fairly basic measure.

We do not know your account details. We do not know how you've configured your trading systems. We do not know the details of your trades.

We know your hard-drive brand and serial number. And if we wanted to we could check how often you are using the software. That's it.
