Bug: creating price bars is ridiculously slow [Fixed in v3.0.1]

There are 2 ways to create price bars - one is to do it bar-by-bar, the other is to use a big SQL statement which tries to create them all in one gulp.

I thought bar-by-bar was better for Hourly, 2-Hourly, ... Daily, Weekly, etc. And the big SQL thing useful for 30-Minute bars and smaller. But creating 10-Minute bars was ridiculously slow. So need to rethink what to do here.

[Edit: for now went with bar-by-bar for everything]
