Bug: database maintenance does not work

As per title. Missing feature.

The files that ATM creates are actually databases (see this FAQ). A particular quirk with these types of files is that they do not get smaller even if you delete a lot of stuff out of them.

E.g., let's say you obtain a whole bunch of historical prices, and the size of the file goes up to 200Mb. Delete all of that historical price data and the file size would stay at 200Mb. So a database maintenance feature would take care of that.

Workaround: if you do want to delete all of the price history from a particular file, just delete the corresponding Data Manager entry instead. That will delete the file. Then re-create the Data Manager entry and a brand new (and smaller) file will be created.
