Email
We strive to reply to any emails within 24 hours of receiving them. Please see below for the current response time and email form.
Live Chat
Live chat is available if you arrange a time in advance. Any of the following can be used: Skype, Google, MSN, Yahoo!, AIM, or ICQ. But this is generally for paying customers only.
Phone Support
Sorry, we don't offer this. Our customers are spread throughout the world, which means anyone could call us at anytime of the day or night. With email we can determine our own work hours. Although this may cause us to lose some potential customers, we value our free time over their money.
