New Release: v0.6.6 - File Loader

Fixed in v0.6.6

  • Currently there is a unique constraint on the date column of the tables which store tick data. This prevents the loading of historical data from text files, because actually many ticks can happen in the same second. Should be an index instead, not a unique constraint.
  • Allow the user to store the data in a different location to where they installed PostgreSQL.
  • Elapsed times in File Loader window were negative.
  • Rudimentary format checking before processing a text file containing historical data.
  • Storing only those tick data in the text files that have a "D" next to them. "D" stands for "Dealable" (meaning the currency was actually traded at that price).
  • Quite a lot of the web links within Thinking Stuff now point to the proper web page.
